Today I saw a card on Melissa Philips' blog that I LOVED!  I was so inspired by it, that I decided to create my own version.  This is what I came up with.  I used papers from the Making Memories Just Chillin collection (that I love).

Supplies:  Bazzill - cardstock; Making Memories - patterned paper, stick pin, letters, flower; Foray - ribbon; Craft Supply - popsicle sticks; Melissa Frances - rubon, K & Company - bling.
