On our way out to the desert we passed thousands of windmills! I thought it was so interesting and unusual, but Jim thought they were no big deal. Here is a quick visual of what they looked like.

Windmills
We just got back from our Palm Spring mini vacation. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and just having no plans. The weather was scorching out there so it was a good thing that our resort had a pool and misters over the sitting areas.

I think I told you that my dad now lives out there and that we were there over Memorial weekend--(so nice that the hot weather hasn't kicked in yet!) Anyways--I had to laugh about your windmilll comment--my stepmom said my dad gets the willies everytime he passes by them-especially at night--I think he thinks they are straight out of some weird X-Files episode or something! Anyways--too bad we missed each other--we should hook up there sometime!
