Here is a simple card that has been kicking around my craft room forever! I finally just tied a ribbon on it and called it done. I think it's kinda cute though.
Supplies: DSWV - pink glitter cardstock, polka dot cardstock, swirl cardstock; American Crafts - chipboard letters, Red Black and White - ribbon.
